Mindfulness: Mindfulness is not just a philosophy – it is a PRACTICE. Successfully completing this course will require you to take the time to meditate and reflect on your body, your feelings, and your life. 
Meditate and reflect: An important part of developing your mindfulness practice is to have the space and time to meditate and reflect. Try to find a place or a time that you can dedicate to your practice as you move through the course. Keep in mind that it might not be in front of your computer—it could be anywhere!
